Domestic Shipping Policy (Cookware Products)

Please read the following shipping details before you make a purchase :

Tracking Your Order
When we ship your order, we will send an intimation After your request with all the shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website to trace your order.

How much time will the delivery take if it is a local delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package within 7 to 8 business days from the date of receiving the order and or final invoice payment. The areas covered for the local delivery are the ones that are inside or around Mumbai city.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Our delivery partners also provide a “We missed you” note or a similar note if they have attempted the delivery and you were not available. We request you to call the number they provide on that note and get the delivery arranged by them as per your convenient time.

All orders are processed within 2 – 3 Business Working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 7-10 business days. Please allow additional days for transit and delivery. If there is any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 business days.

During Festive Season, Gifting for Special Occasions or Bulk Orders customers are advised to place orders 10 – 15 days in advance of required delivery date.

We Will Not be Responsible Or Liable For Any Delay, Damage, and Misplacement of the Products or Order During Shipment by the Courier, Logistics or Our Delivery Partners as All Deliveries as Subject to Customers Liability and their Responsibilities.

Shipping and Delivery Charges
Shipping And Delivery Charges will be Charged Extra Rs.150 Per Product over and Above our Selling Price if Not Mentioned on Every Product Details on Website or Otherwise as Mentioned with every Product weather Charges are free or Chargeable Extra on our website.
