Cancellation Return & Refund Policy (Cookware Products)

Order Cancellation
 
  • Only Full Cancellation allowed. Partial Order Cancellation is not allowed.
  • To place cancel request call the customer care helpline (Provided & mentioned on our website) within 4 working hours of placing the order.

Order Returns

  • In case product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and email to customer service team (Provided & mentioned on our website) for assessment within 12 hours of receiving the shipment. If mail is not received within the speculated mentioned period No Claims will be entertained thereafter.
  • We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 3 days from the delivery date in original packaging. The product should be in unused condition. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
  •  Returns would not be taken for orders delivered by store personnel. Please check the product at the time of accepting delivery.
  • When you return your product, indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the item along with the invoice and the note with the order number into a secure package. Affix our address (send only to sender address as seen in the invoice / delivery challan) and send it through a reliable courier and email us the consignment details.
  • Please note that we will provide refund / return facility only for products bought from our online store/website and not for orders from physical stores or other online stores.
  • The return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. We will issue refund minus the shipping charges.
  • We request you to ensure that while returning the items they need to be packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged while they are in transit.
  • Orders made using coupon code cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. For goods bought on discount, the return will be through our gift coupons/certificates.
  • Our decision regarding return of any product is final and binding.

Wrong Size of product ordered

  • In case of wrong product ordering (e.g 180mm tava instead of 220mm Tava), you can place a new order, for a different product but from the same category, of equal or higher selling price. Send back the wrongly ordered product with following remark “Wrong product ordered. New order no – XXX” Also send us an email with the full details of both the orders along with your bank account IFSC details for transfering payment. We will initiate online fund transfer for the returned product amount, within 15 working days of receiving the wrong product.

Order Refund

  • Refund if any will be through gift card only. There is no cash refund.
  • We will refund the money only through Net-Banking, we will refund the amount in your Net-Banking account.

Repair / Warranty issues

  • Warranty is Applicable on Manufacturing Defects Only.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, scratching, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use. Stains / discoloration / damage from overheating, or discoloration caused by dishwasher use or use of sharp metal utensils or abrasive scrubber.
  • Damage due to Ideal, Empty Heating and or high extreme heat while cooking is not covered under the warranty.
  • We shall not entertain any service cases without clear & good quality pictures of the defective product where the defect is evident.
  • Proof of purchase is a must to claim warranty. Without the bill, no warranty claims shall be entertained.
  • In the case of Replacement Your defective product must be delivered to us at your own cost at our address and a brand-new piece of the same product will be dispatched to your address after we’ve received the defective product from the customer. In case of damage not covered under warranty, we inform the same to the customer & close the case.
  • Our Liability is Limited with the cost of the product only.
  • Our decision will be final and binding to the Customer.
